How to Center the Steering Wheel
Looking from the Driver side, as in the picture, loosen the nuts shown (15mm)
Then turn the collar Clockwise to move the steering wheel to the left.
And turn the collar counter-clockwise to move the wheel to the right.
A quarter turn of the collar is about a 1/2 inch movement at the wheel.
If the bolts get moved up by the Radiator hose, take the nuts all the
way off, and drop them in from the other side to maintain clearance.
Be sure and tighten well, very critical part here!
